Free shipping on all Australian orders.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia. Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12 pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your delivery via Australia Post.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@cushnsoft.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

PO Box & Parcel Locker

We can deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers Australia-wide.
