30-Day Return Window

You may return any product within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is:

Unused and in its original condition

In its original sealed packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@cushnsoft.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Post the item back to us using the provided return address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at support@cushnsoft.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
